pti'planning

terms of service

1. purpose

These terms of service (TOS) govern the use of the Pti'Planning software, designed for registered childminders to organize their days and communicate with families.

2. license of use

Pti'Planning is offered under two plans:

  • Discovery: free, with no time limit (basic features).
  • Serenity: on a subscription basis, 49 € per year (advanced features, including AI assistance and written reports). A 14-day free trial, with no credit card required, is offered; at its term, the application automatically reverts to the Discovery plan.

The subscription payment is processed securely by our provider Stripe. Dahlikit grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the software. The code is not sold; only a right of use is granted. Your data remains yours and remains accessible locally, including under the Discovery plan.

3. user responsibilities

The user is the data controller of the data they enter (especially children's data). They agree to:

  • obtain parental consent for sensitive data (photos, health) and sending reports;
  • protect access to their computer;
  • perform their own backups (the app automatically creates local backups, but retention remains under their responsibility).

4. data and privacy

Data processing is described in detail in the privacy policy. As a reminder, your data remains stored locally on your computer; the publisher has no access to it.

5. availability and updates

The software is provided "as is". Updates may be offered (bug fixes, improvements). The publisher does not guarantee a complete absence of anomalies.

6. limitation of liability

Within the limits permitted by law, Dahlikit cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for any loss of data resulting from a lack of backup by the user, a hardware failure, or non-compliant use. The user remains solely responsible for complying with their legal obligations (registration, GDPR compliance towards families).

7. third-party services

Some optional features rely on third-party services (payment via Stripe, weather, AI suggestions via the publisher's relay, email sending via the user's own mail server, synchronization via their personal cloud space). Their use is subject to the terms of these third parties.

8. cancellation

The Serenity subscription is non-binding: it can be canceled at any time from your management space (Stripe portal). The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; the application then reverts to the Discovery plan. Your local data remains accessible after cancellation. The user can stop using the software at any time.

9. governing law

These terms of service are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to the protective provisions applicable to consumers.
